Change Manager - P2P / Coupa

Experience supporting or leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations or transformations. Strong understanding of P2P processes, particularly across Procurement, Invoicing and Supplier Management . Experience working within global organisations and managing change across multiple countries or business units. Strong project management and coordination skills . Ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and weekly action trackers simultaneously. Hands?on experience identifying resistance to change and developing effective mitigation actions. Experience working within project teams and implementing structured change programmes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with both senior management and local business teams . Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication and training materials to different audiences. Strong documentation and reporting capabilities. High level of autonomy, ownership and proactive problem?solving. Fluent English and Spanish . Previous experience with Coupa . Experience working with SAP or PeopleSoft . Familiarity with Agile methodologies . Experience with international P2P, Procurement or Finance transformation programmes. Experience supporting multi-country rollouts and localisation activities.
