Job description

  • Support and improve core ERP and business applications, ensuring stability, performance and data quality.
  • Use SQL to extract, analyse and manage business data.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Work across sales, finance, purchasing, inventory and warehousing to improve processes and systems.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations and technology projects.
  • Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
  • Provide user support, training and clear system documentation.
  • Identify practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

You’ll have proven experience supporting and improving ERP or business management systems, ideally with experience across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing support.

You’ll also bring strong SQL and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Power BI.

Knowledge of data integration, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and business processes would be advantageous.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical, solutions-focused and confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
