Software Engineer, React, Node.js, TypeScript

A Software Engineer opportunity has opened up with a healthtech company whose platform is actively used across UK healthcare settings. This is a chance to use your full-stack skills in React and Node.js to work on products that genuinely shape clinical outcomes for some of the most vulnerable patients in the system. Could this be the role where your technical skills make a real-world difference?, The Software Engineer will take meaningful ownership of features across the full stack, working across frontend, backend, data, and AI-adjacent technologies to build scalable, performant solutions for clinical and operational users. You will collaborate closely with the product team to understand real user needs and translate them into secure, well-crafted software. You will also contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, while staying curious about emerging technologies and helping drive their adoption where appropriate.

• Solid professional full stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on React and high-volume, low-latency web systems at scale
• Solid hands-on ability across several of the following: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, robust API design, and data stores including SQL, Redis, or Elasticache
• Demonstrable experience shipping complex software products in a real-world B2B or B2C environment, with involvement in CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Desirable: familiarity with secure coding, regulated software environments, microservices, event-driven architecture, or cloud-native development using AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, or Kubernetes
