IT Support Analyst

Seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a senior escalation resource while supporting modernization and automation initiatives.

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar technologies.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
