Manager and IT Business Partner

The Manager and IT Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders within International Infrastructure. This role bridges business objectives and IT capabilities by shaping demand, delivering technology-enabled solutions, and ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and standards. The Manager operates with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leading regional or functional initiatives while supporting enterprise programs. This role may manage direct reports and plays a key role in developing future IT and business leaders., * Act as a trusted IT partner to regional or functional business leaders

• Enable enterprise cost transparency through standardized data, ERP integration, and consistent definitions
• Support Product Line Management-led decisions with reliable product line profitability, pricing, and customer data
• Support IT initiatives that directly enable operations, engineering productivity, and S&OP visibility
• Promote system standardization, simplification, and global consistency across business units and regions
• Understand business strategies, market dynamics, and operational priorities
• Translate business needs into well-defined IT initiatives and roadmaps
• Advocate for business needs while aligning with global IT direction
• Lead delivery of medium to large-scale programs and initiatives
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with global delivery teams, vendors, and shared services
• Support global ERP and digital platform deployments as required
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and global standards
• Promote reuse and commonality across regions and segments
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce cost, and improve efficiency
• Support application rationalization and technology simplification efforts
• Manage and develop direct reports (where applicable)
• Coach team members on business engagement, delivery discipline, and technical acumen
• Foster collaboration across regions, time zones, and cultures
• Support development of business cases and ROI analysis
• Manage approved budgets and track benefits realization
• Oversee regional vendor relationships and service performance

• Preferred Bachelors with 7+ years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 8+ years relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with global companies with the ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization
• Must show a career track of progressive IT and accompanying business roles
• Experience should include roles in deploying global business applications and system design
• Proven track record in the management of medium to large-sized teams of direct personnel and contracted support
• Able to travel domestically up to approximately 30%
• Proven oral and written communication skills to clearly and concisely present information
• Familiarity/expertise in lean, agile, waterfall, design thinking methodologies and approaches
• Full life-cycle program management experience
• Must be able to confidently manage processes to meet agreed-upon milestones
• Ability to execute in the following areas:

• Budget Planning / cost management experience
• IT policies and procedures development
• Strategic business visioning and planning
• Relationship building at C-Level
• Vendor selection, negotiations, and management
• Planning, communication, problem solving and presentation, * Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Industry-recognized professional certification
• Experience in the following applications: Salesforce.com, Sage, or IFS
• Experience supporting distribution-model businesses, including order-to-cash, inventory management, warehouse and distribution center operations, transportation and logistics, and customer fulfillment
• E-commerce experience, including digital commerce platforms and integrations with ERP, CRM, order management, payment, inventory, and fulfillment systems
• Manufacturing experience and an understanding of manufacturing business value drivers
• Experience with engineering technologies
• Acquisition and divestitures experience
