App Project Manager

Translate business needs into clear, understandable, and prioritized functional requirements for digital development and software teams. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology providers to ensure efficient, scalable deliverables with a focus on user experience. Oversee the development, validation, and implementation of new functionalities, as well as application enhancements and bug fixes. Prioritize and monitor the product backlog, acting as the key link between business, development, and user experience. Foster effective collaboration among development teams, contributing to a holistic understanding of the product.

Project Management and Coordination (Project Manager Focus - approx. 70%)

Schedule and coordinate the implementation of content, experiences, and events within the application, ensuring consistency with the global calendar of product launches, campaigns, and similar initiatives. Stay abreast of initiative planning with content, marketing, CRM, community, and digital business areas, ensuring coherence in the app’s value proposition. Establish and maintain realistic, adaptable, and results-oriented work timelines, efficiently managing resources and priorities. Ensure user experience, brand aesthetics, and strategic objectives are accurately reflected throughout all project phases.

Cross-functional Communication: c lose collaboration and coordination with the Community, Digital Business, Digital Product, Strategic Relationships, Content Creation, Corporate and subsidiary Marketing teams, and occasionally with other areas of the company (including the CEO office), beyond others.

This role demands a highly adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic environments, embracing flexibility, real-time innovation, and the integration of digital trends (like AI) with curiosity and critical thinking.

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Experience: 5 years in a similar role, coordinating complex projects in multidisciplinary environments with multiple stakeholder. Education: University Degree. Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
