SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in Record-to-Report (RTR) business processes and a preference for experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes within scope, time, and budget., Lead and manage SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) module implementations, migrations, and enhancements.

• Drive integration efforts between SAP RTR and PLM modules, ensuring seamless business process flows.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams (FI/CO, PLM, IT, business users, third-party vendors).
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive updates, and post-go-live support plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or similar certification desirable.

• 5+ years’ experience as SAP Project Manager, with a focus on RTR (FI/CO) modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PLM or strong understanding of PLM processes preferred.
• Proven track record of managing full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP RTR and other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PLM).
• Strong project management skills: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, IFRS).
