BigQuery Software Documentation Extract Transform Load (ETL) Data Mart Data Visualization Power BI

Lead the development, redesign, and modernization of legacy reporting into new Power BI solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of 4+ Power BI developers.
Work closely with business partners, data engineers, and ETL developers to ensure accurate data sourcing from BigQuery data marts.
Develop visually effective, accessible, and standardized reports aligned with organizational reporting and accessibility requirements.
Ensure all Power BI assets follow established governance, security, and documentation standards.
Perform testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reporting products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, verify data elements, and support enterprise reporting needs.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and support materials.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards in an enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience with ETL and Reporting/BI tools.
Proven ability to serve as a Technical Lead for a team of 4 or more developers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of data models, data visualization best practices, and enterprise reporting standards.
