Software Engineer II

This engineer will contribute to two active projects: a file transfer website and an image recognition automation solution. The role calls for hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework and UX design, along with C# and cloud development experience.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications and systems.
• Build user-facing features with Angular, React, or Svelte, applying UX design principles to the experience.
• Contribute to development work involving C# and Azure or AWS.
• Work on a file transfer website and an image recognition automation project.
• Analyze application interfaces and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, estimates, test plans, and documentation.
• Collaborate with development, operations, business teams, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members when needed.

• Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework: Angular, React, or Svelte.
• UX design experience for user-facing applications.
• Experience with Azure or AWS and C#.
• At least 5 years of systems analysis or application development experience, plus an associate degree; or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Experience with enterprise application architecture, interfaces, and integrations is preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 - $116,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
