Experteer Overview As an HR Technology Project Manager, you lead regional HR technology initiatives across multiple countries, aligning local needs with global strategy.You will drive target HR architecture, platform solutions, and integration with downstream systems, while optimizing payroll and time u**amp; attendance capabilities.You’ll collaborate with HR and IT to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational excellence, and guide decommissioning to maintain a lean IT landscape.This role unfolds in an AI- and cloud-enabled environment, offering high impact across geographies and HR transformation.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Plan and coordinate regional HR technology projects across multiple countries * Drive implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions with system integrations * Lead Payroll and Time u** Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization * Develop and align HR IT architecture with business and HR objectives * Collaborate with HR and IT to improve efficiency, data quality, and operations * Manage decommissioning strategies to optimize IT landscape and costs * Oversee intake management with in-country teams to analyze requirements and scale solutions * Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure successful delivery * Prepare project documentation, assess business cases, and ensure governance and stakeholder management * Communicate effectively to engage all stakeholders across the project lifecycle * Operate in an AI, ML, data analytics, and cloud-first environment with data governance and security aligned to Allianz standards Responsabilidades * Proven project management experience, preferably in HR Technology or transformation environments * Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills in international settings * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities * Highly autonomous and proactive, able to work in fast-paced environments * Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities * Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure * Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams * English mandatory; Spanish or French appreciated * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage Requisitos principales * courses and targeted development programs * international mobility * health and wellbeing programs * work-life balance initiatives
