We are seeking a Software Development Manager for a company that designs, manufactures and markets catamarans and other innovative products related to water sports, based in El Masnou, Barcelona.SALARY AND TERMSSalary between ******* a year depending on experienceFlexible work schedule 9:00H - 18:00HHybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the development and implementation of the company’s technology , develop, and deploy high-quality and scalable mobile applications for both Android and iOS with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product compliance with data privacy laws and and mentor the technology team.Utilize your experience in backend development to contribute to the technical aspects of the projects.Take a user-oriented approach to ensure that the end-user experience is seamless and intuitive.REQUIRED SKILLSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong expertise in both Android and iOS mobile app development.Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift and Objective-C.Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with In-App payment system feature SKILLSAdditional languages such as French and Spanish
