Sr Full Stack Engineer

Supporting a large-scale lending technology modernization initiative focused on improving document processing capabilities, application integrations, and operational scalability across lending platforms. We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a Lending technology team responsible for modernizing document processing and servicing applications. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable microservices and user-facing applications that support key business processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, strong cloud-native development skills, and a passion for building modern, event-driven applications., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting Home Lending and document processing platforms.

• Build and enhance APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using modern .NET technologies.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions leveraging messaging and streaming technologies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices to improve software quality and delivery speed.
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
• Support application modernization initiatives and cloud-native architectural patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across development teams.

• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Containerization and cloud-native application development
• Observability, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Financial Services or Banking experience.
• Mortgage Lending or Home Lending domain knowledge.
• Experience supporting document imaging, workflow, or content management platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and large-scale distributed systems.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
