Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, implement, and support Workday HRIS solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate business requirements and design scalable HR technology solutions.
  • Provide consultation on HRIS architecture, configuration, and optimization.
  • Review system data, reporting, and integrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain software and system solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and support materials.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of relevant HRIS/Workday experience

HRIS Architect

  • 4-5+ years of relevant HRIS/Workday experience, * Strong experience with Workday HRIS architecture, configuration, and support.
  • Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Development, or Performance Management.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of system implementation methodologies, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with process improvement and optimization initiatives., The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working in a highly collaborative
