Required 7 Years Ability to prepare clear, accurate, informative reports/documentation on database systems, including creation/maintenance of data dictionary docs. Required 7 Years Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders at all levels. Required 7 Years Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with various levels of data center and department personnel Required 7 Years Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Required 7 Years Ability to maintain essential records and files. Required 7 Years Ability to learn how to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the agency. Required 7 Years Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of the position. Required 7 Years Experience in government or regulatory environments. Required 7 Years TOGAF Certification, Certified Enterprise Architect, or similar recognized enterprise architecture credentials that demonstrate formal training. Highly desired 7 Years

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certifications. Multi Highly desired 7 Years Multi-cloud experience is particularly valuable. Highly desired 7 Years Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, or enterprise modernization programs from start to end. Highly desired 7 Years Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development lifecycle practices. Highly desired 7 Years Comfort presenting to executive leadership, board members, or external stakeholders.
