Software Engineer

Our organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team building an innovative Corporate Giving Platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale, cloud-native platform that impacts thousands of users while leveraging modern distributed systems architecture. You will be part of a team preparing a highly visible, in-house product for a U.S. launch, with plans for future expansion., * Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable backend services and distributed applications.

• Build and maintain microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create and optimize RESTful APIs supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Work within cloud-native environments and containerized deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical innovation across the platform., * Docker

Database:

• Cosmos DB
• PostgreSQL

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable distributed applications, ideally within multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and RESTful API Development.
• Experience working with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Hands-on experience building and prototyping technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
