IAM Application Support Lead

· 15+ years of experience in Engineering Operations, Application Maintenance, and Production Support.

· Strong hands-on experience supporting Java/J2EE applications.

· Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Incident Management, and Change Management.

· Lead day-to-day operations including system upgrades, database patching, certificate renewals, incident triage, and resolution.

· Own application uptime, SLAs, operational KPIs, and executive-level incident communication.

· Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

· Manage vendors, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder relationships, including AVP-level stakeholders.

· Strong experience across Windows, Linux, Middleware, and Database environments.

· Experience with IIS, ASP.NET, PowerShell, Shell/Perl scripting, Apache, Tomcat, IBM WAS, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.

· Hands-on knowledge of IAM platforms including IBM TIM, ISVG, ISVA, and LDAP.

· Oversee Authentication, Authorization, LDAP integration, and user lifecycle management.

· Drive resolution of cross-stack dependencies and integration issues.

· Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, ISO, security, audit, and access governance requirements.

· Partner with Security, Engineering, and Architecture teams.

· Develop and implement training plans for the team.
