Job description

Join the Operational Excellence Platform team - the engineering backbone behind our CERT and Threat Intelligence operations. We design, build, automate, and operate the platforms that keep our cybersecurity response running efficiently. Automation-first. Cloud-native. DevOps-driven.

Your Mission

As a Security Platform & Integration Engineer, you will build and operate security platforms, deliver integrations across our CERT/TI ecosystem, and develop SOAR-based automation that streamlines cyber response workflows. You’ll work hands-on with OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, APIs, SOAR, and cloud-native tooling, acting as the technical goto person for platform issues and integrations.

What You’ll Do

1️⃣ DevOps & Platform Engineering (Core)

  • Deploy, run, and administer containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and Docker
  • Build, optimize, and secure container images and registries
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated delivery
  • Ensure platform scalability, resilience, observability, and security
  • Implement deployment strategies: blue/green, canary, rolling updates

2️⃣ Security Automation & SOAR Development

  • Build and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated workflows
  • Convert manual CERT/TI procedures into scalable automation
  • Integrate SOAR with internal & external tools (APIs, SIEM, ticketing, TI platforms)
  • Continuously tune playbooks based on operational feedback
  • Work closely with CERT and Threat Intelligence teams to understand real needs

3️⃣ Integrations Engineering

  • Integrate cybersecurity tools, APIs, data sources, and automations
  • Deliver secure, stable, well-documented integrations across the CERT/TI ecosystem
  • Own architectural diagrams, integration specs, and technical documentation

4️⃣ Troubleshooting & Incident Support

  • Serve as escalation point for platform and integration issues
  • Diagnose failures across containers, OpenShift, pipelines, and SOAR workflows
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
  • Improve runbooks and knowledge bases for faster team-wide resolution

5️⃣ Project Delivery

  • Lead technical integration and platform improvement projects
  • Coordinate stakeholders, requirements, risks, and timelines
  • Deliver highquality solutions with clear communication and strong ownership

What You Bring

MustHave

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Docker & Red Hat OpenShift (deployment, admin, troubleshooting)
  • Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration
  • CI/CD pipelines & Git workflows
  • Experience developing SOAR automations/playbooks
  • Troubleshooting skills across containers, pipelines, APIs, integrations
  • Scripting: Python and Bash
  • Solid communication & coordination skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in: Cybersecurity, SOC, CERT, Threat Intelligence
  • Monitoring/observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
  • API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, queues)
  • Certifications: CKA, RHCSA/RHCE/RHCA, Kubernetes, etc.

What You Get

  • High-impact engineering work on large-scale security platforms
  • Modern DevOps, automation, and cloud-native stack
  • Flexible work environment & collaborative culture
  • Support for certifications and continuous learning
  • A team that values automation, clean code, and improvement

Who You’ll Work With

  • Platform & Operations Engineers
  • CERT Analysts & Incident Responders
  • Threat Intelligence Specialists
  • Security Architects
  • Product Owners & Project Managers
