Program Manager ERP

• Lead the ERP program end-to-end: scoping, planning, budget tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project teams (finance functions, IT, integrators, vendors) and prioritize tasks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring program continuity.
• Ensure deliverables comply with regulatory requirements, specifications, and financial standards (IFRS, closures, consolidation).
• Support change management for finance users and management.

• Master’s degree in finance, business school, or engineering, with a solid experience (15+ years) in IT program management within a financial environment.
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication skills, organizational sense, and natural leadership.
• Significant experience in the public sector, particularly in a large city.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting (expenses/revenues/budget) for a large city subject to municipal accounting under Belgian legislation.
