Functional Analyst CRM Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Functional Analyst specialized in CRM for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically in the domain of Youth Assistance. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while engaging in dynamic projects that contribute to the digital transformation of the public sector., * Analyze and specify the needs of business teams for the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (acting as a functional integrator).

• Gather and analyze specific needs (outside the CRM scope) to design detailed functional specifications necessary for the development of a custom application integrated with the CRM.
• Follow the methodology of the Functional Analyst Competence Center.
• Provide support to internal and external developers during the development phase.
• Assist internal analysts who lack experience with MS Dynamics.

• Knowledge of the modules offered by MS Dynamics.
• Familiarity with different environments (development, testing, production) provided by MS.
• Understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).
• Ability to configure the platform (creation of fields, forms, views, business rules).
• Skills in UML modeling.
• Knowledge of Agile concepts.
• Familiarity with the Enterprise Architect tool.

Additional Competencies:

• Ability to support business analysts in their maturity regarding CRM.
• Capability to distinguish between standard CRM configuration needs and custom development requirements.
• Ability to facilitate change within business teams.
• Knowledge of major AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and their models.

Minimum Required Experience:

• UML Modeling - 10+ years.
• Functional Analysis oriented towards CRM - 5+ years.
• MS CRM Dynamics - 6+ years.

Desired Certifications:

• Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant.
• Exam MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Certification in Agile Scrum methodology.

Experience in the public sector is preferred, especially in areas related to the Walloon-Brussels Federation (education, youth assistance, sports, culture, justice houses, etc.). Knowledge of financial/accounting domains is a plus.

As a consultant, you will be expected to write and present reports in French, thus proficiency in the language (oral, comprehension, written) at level C2 is essential.
