Job description

Kardiya Health Automation is seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect (Health Informatics) to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise healthcare data platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building scalable data architectures that support clinical, operational, and analytical initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data standards., * Design and implement enterprise-level healthcare data architectures and data models.

  • Develop scalable data integration solutions for clinical, operational, and financial systems.
  • Lead data governance, data quality, and master data management initiatives.
  • Architect data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based healthcare data platforms.
  • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to define data requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize data pipelines and analytics infrastructure for performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, SNOMED CT, and related frameworks.
  • Experience designing data solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Healthcare industry certifications or cloud architecture certifications.
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or population health platforms.
  • Knowledge of European healthcare regulations and interoperability standards.
