Job description

Design and maintain scalable, secure Data Warehouse & Data Lake solutions.
Build healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR, HL7, USCDI/US Core.
Develop healthcare data models (Claims, Member, Provider, Clinical, EHR).
Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, data governance, quality, and security compliance.
Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
Optimize data pipelines, storage, and real-time/historical data access.

Requirements

Strong Data Architecture experience with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform.
Healthcare domain expertise, including HEDIS, CMS Interoperability, FHIR.
SQL, NoSQL, Python, PySpark.
Data modeling (Erwin).
ETL/Data Integration: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, IBM DataStage, Informatica.
BI/Analytics knowledge and strong stakeholder communication.
