SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant

As a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant at Deloitte Belgium, you will join our SAP practice and work with our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition team to help clients design and implement cloud-based ERP solutions that support their digital transformation. You will contribute to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations across local mid-market and large multinational companies, supporting delivery, client collaboration, fit-to-standard design, and the continued development of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities in Belgium and EMEA. As a Consultant you will:

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects, supporting the delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
• Collaborate with clients and Deloitte project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into fit-to-standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions.
• Prepare and support fit-to-standard workshops across finance, procurement, and/or sales processes, helping clients understand standard SAP processes, document design decisions, and stay aligned with the agreed project scope.
• Support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition within your functional area, including configuration, testing, integration considerations, and embedded change management activities.
• Guide clients in adopting cloud-based SAP solutions by explaining standard processes, best practices, and pragmatic solution options.
• Promote innovation by exploring new SAP capabilities, including AI-enabled ways of working, and sharing ideas that improve client systems and delivery efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or comparable SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a good understanding of cloud delivery principles and fit-to-standard implementation approaches.
• Experience in participating in fit-to-standard across finance, procurement, and/or sales processes, documenting requirements and design decisions, and supporting scope discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements and SAP processes into clear, structured, and pragmatic solution outcomes.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, advise on SAP standard processes and best practices, and challenge processes where appropriate.
• Experience in SAP project delivery, including working with scope, planning, risks, issues, stakeholders, and delivery quality within your area of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to internal initiatives when required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine willingness to help build our SAP S/4HANA Cloud business and contribute to the growth of the team.
• AI-savviness in the context of personal productivity, team efficiency, and ERP implementation delivery.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.
