Senior AVEVA Composable MES Engineer / Technical Lead

• Configure and deploy AVEVA Composable MES solutions, including workflows, production models, asset hierarchies and reusable templates for global manufacturing sites.
• Design and implement integrations with SAP ECC, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, OPC-UA, Kepware and other operational technology systems.
• Support end-to-end delivery activities including requirements gathering, testing (FAT, SAT, UAT), cutover and hypercare, while enhancing OEE, downtime management, quality, traceability and production performance.

We are seeking an experienced MES professional with a strong background in AVEVA technologies and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering MES/MOM solutions, integrating MES with SAP and industrial systems, and working directly with factory stakeholders to drive operational excellence, traceability and continuous improvement., * 5+ years’ experience delivering MES/MOM solutions in manufacturing environments, with hands-on expertise in AVEVA MES and related AVEVA technologies.

• Strong knowledge of SAP integration, ISA-95 manufacturing architectures, industrial connectivity (OPC-UA, Kepware) and manufacturing data management.
• Understanding of production, quality, maintenance and traceability processes, with experience analysing OEE, downtime and continuous improvement initiatives.
