PC Builder

• Assemble computer components using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology to create fully functional PCs.
• Follow detailed build instructions and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Install hardware components such as motherboards, processors, memory modules, storage devices, power supplies, and peripherals.
• Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting to verify system stability and performance.
• Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) when applicable for automation or testing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during assembly.
• Document build processes, component serial numbers, and quality checks for each unit produced.
• Install OS and drivers using our bespoke image deployment system (training provided)

• Proven experience with assembly of electronic or computer hardware systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology techniques.
• Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge related to component fitting, cable management, and chassis assembly.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions clearly.
• Experience working with power tools safely in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
