Consultant, Advisory

We’re looking for a Consultant, Advisory to join our team in Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will support the execution of client engagements through high-quality research, structured analysis and clear communication of findings. You will work collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver evidence-based insights that inform strategic decisions and contribute to successful project outcomes., * Conduct primary and secondary research to identify market trends, competitive dynamics and operational improvement opportunities relevant to client engagements

• Perform assigned tasks according to client and project requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Execute tasks under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Managers to enable seamless project delivery across the lifecycle
• Deliver well-structured research inputs that support evidence-based decision-making
• Document project learnings and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Demonstrate accountability and professional integrity in all work outputs
• Actively seek guidance, apply feedback and show consistent improvement in skills and professional behaviour

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline

• First professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial services or a comparable analytical role is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex models and structured client presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with demonstrated attention to detail in both quantitative and qualitative work
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to varied audiences
• Collaborative working style with a demonstrated commitment to team objectives and professional standards

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to project management methodologies including Agile or PMI frameworks
