Medior/Senior Software Engineer

After a thorough training by some of our best developers, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel/PHP and/or Java/Spring Boot.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and internal standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, with a focus on technical mastery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates or technical guidance.

• Dutch at C2-Level
• Solid experience with Laravel and/or Spring Boot development
• Excellent knowledge in front end development (e.g., Vue.js, React, HTML/CSS)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and adapting to different client needs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and openness to client interaction
• A clear ambition to grow into a technical expert, * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or cloud environments
• DevOps knowledge or exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of Docker
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech blog or other extracurricular activities
• Ambition to coach juniors on a technical level
