Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer to define overall testing strategies, provide technical leadership, and oversee testing activities across product teams. In this role, you will champion best practices, guide engineering teams, and drive continuous quality improvements across our digital platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that usability, accessibility, security, stability, and capacity are seamlessly integrated into all end-user services., * Set overall testing strategy and build a strong engineering community.

• Lead and mentor test engineering teams on best practices and tooling.
• Manage system and acceptance test planning across functional and non-functional areas.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resolving critical delivery blockers.
• Improve test infrastructure, monitor test suites, and reduce technical debt.
• Share reusable libraries, tools, and best practices across teams.
• Agree test approaches and progress metrics with senior stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experienced in non-functional testing, defect prioritization, and risk assessment.
• Comfortable using blended delivery methods, managing MVPs, and fostering experimentation.
• Strong understanding of modern software landscapes, architectures, and tech limits.
• Passionate about coaching teams and introducing effective tools and processes., * How many years of experience do you have as a Senior Test Engineer or Lead QA?
• How many years of hands-on experience do you have with non-functional testing (e.g. accessibility, security, performance)?
• Have you established shared testing libraries or standardised tools across multiple teams?
