Senior IT Project & Team Lead

Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization’s digital ambitions.

• Lead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business processes.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills.
