Requirements
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering reliable reporting, data insights, and analysis across the organisation.
Working closely with our Data Scientist and Power BI Development Lead, you’ll take ownership of key daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities, helping to ensure the business has access to accurate, timely, and meaningful information to support decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and developing their technical skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for an analytical and detail focused individual with strong Excel and data analysis skills. You’ll have experience working with functions, formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data validation, and be confident interrogating data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, data warehousing, data lakes, or data cleansing would be advantageous, as would experience working within a multi-site environment.
You’ll be a logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of investigating root causes and recommending practical solutions rather than simply identifying issues. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to learn new systems and technical skills are key.
We’re looking for someone with a curious mindset, a positive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for using data to support business success.
