Sales Chief Technology Officer, Benelux

At Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our technology vision, helping customers solve complex business challenges through modern infrastructure, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and next-generation data center solutions. As a Sales Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a key member of the Benelux Leadership Team, partnering with customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen Lenovo’s position as a technology leader.

What are your main responsibilities in this role?

• Define and execute the technology vision and strategy for Lenovo ISG in the Benelux market, aligned with global priorities and regional business objectives.
• Act as the senior technical leader for the market, developing and enabling sales teams to win and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping transform business challenges into innovative technology solutions.
• Drive thought leadership through social media, industry events, customer engagements, and executive forums.
• Lead a team of technical sellers across infrastructure and workplace solutions, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Develop sales plays, technical strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for both direct and channel sales organizations.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to accelerate growth through technology-led differentiation.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities and strengthen Lenovo’s market leadership.
• Drive tender efficiency and tooling to maximize tender performance for Infrastructure.

• Significant experience in a senior technology leadership role within an IT vendor, technology provider, or enterprise solutions environment.
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure technologies, including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data center solutions, and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and build trusted customer relationships.
• Commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth through technical leadership and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing technology strategies and translating them into measurable business outcomes.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and influencing technology conversations within the industry.

You will report into the ED & GM Benelux and will be a member of the Benelux Leadership Team. You will directly lead an organization of Tech Sellers (Infrastructure as well as workplace).

• You have positioned Lenovo as the go-to technology partner for enterprise infrastructure solutions in the Benelux market, building strong executive relationships, increasing market visibility, and creating clear differentiation through thought leadership and customer-centric innovation.
• You have built a high-performing technical organization that consistently enables sales success, accelerates customer outcomes, and delivers measurable business growth through the successful execution of Lenovo’s technology strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
