Full Stack Software Engineer

• Collaborate with teams to interpret project requirements and develop reliable solutions
• Design, build, and enhance scalable web applications with user experience in mind
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end
• Develop and support databases, APIs, and server functionalities to facilitate smooth data exchange
• Secure applications through best practices for data protection, authentication, and authorization
• Refactor and modernize legacy code to improve performance and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality standards
• Support infrastructure setup, including server configuration and upgrades
• Assist in website enhancements such as improving user feedback and billing interfaces

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Core Java (8+ and 21+), Java EE, REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with relational databases: SQL, DB2, PostgresSQL
• Familiarity with Linux server environments and administration
• Experience working with IBM WebSphere, HCL DX, and related tools
• Understanding of software best practices, design patterns, and security measures
• Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently and in team settings

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $130,000
• Flexibility to work remotely, with some onsite requirements preferred but not mandatory
• Performance-based incentive program, with potential for gift cards and holiday bonuses
• PTO eligibility after 90 days, with negotiable terms
