IT Systems & Application Support - Business Applications & Reporting

· Supporting key business applications and acting as first point of contact for day-to-day issues

· Building and adapting BI/MI reports and dashboards for teams across the business

· Investigating and resolving incidents and service requests

· Supporting data integrations with trading partners, including EDI and API connections

· Managing user access and permissions

· Documenting processes and system configurations

· Testing upgrades and changes before they go live

· Providing user guidance, training and general IT support as needed

· Experience in an IT support, systems support or business applications role

· Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment

· Hands-on experience with an ERP, WMS or accountancy software package such as Sage 200.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL

· Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query)

· Experience building reports or dashboards (Power BI experience desirable)

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues
