IT Support Specialist

• Great customer service support to help with IT issues with our Clients.
• Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of laptops and desktop computers.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues related to laptops and desktops.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth IT support workflow is adhered to.
• Offer excellent customer service and technical assistance to end-users, both in person and remotely.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Work on special IT projects and tasks as assigned by senior IT staff.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and IT best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Strong interest in information technology and a willingness to learn.
• 5+ years of technical support experience with increasing responsibility
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (including Windows Server Operating Systems) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent working knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Entra.
• Experience with networking protocols, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior IT staff.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch support.
