Job description

Vous serez en charge du support utilisateurs et de la gestion des équipements IT au quotidien (liste non exhaustive) :

Installation, configuration et maintenance des postes de travail
Assistance technique aux utilisateurs
Gestion des habilitations / création des comptes / gestion des licences
Gestion des imprimantes
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents
Supervision des serveurs et des services via VTOM
Intégration et mise en production
