Data Lead

• The Contractor shall provide a Data Lead with program management experience to support the Digitally Assisted Property Management (DAPM) initiative.
• The Data Lead will contribute to the expansion and enhancement of the Central data repository, data dashboards, and data-sharing knowledge to promote DAPM across Client programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Repository and Data Sharing
• Expand and enhance the Central data repository, templates, and maintenance of data-sharing knowledge.
• Continue to promote Digitally Assisted Property Management (DAPM).
• Data Dashboards and Metrics
• Enhance data dashboards with the “metrics that matter, “ ensuring data integrity and direct access to source data.
• Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and related tools.
• Have familiarity with Client enterprise systems and be able to interface with such systems to design dashboards and related tools to assist with performance metrics and workload.
• Knowledge Development
• Identify areas of DAPM knowledge for Client staff to broaden their understanding of this technology.
• Data Integrity and Analytical Support
• Ensure data accuracy through authoritative data sourcing and validation.
• Provide inventory management analytics to support enterprise property oversight.
• Support Property Management activities, including inventory operations, network discovery performance metrics, and visual analytics.
• Collaborate with the COR to develop inventory, property, and other related performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the COR to track and visualize relevant data across client systems.
• Technical Capabilities
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
• Network Discovery tools thorough understanding of existing and in-progress capabilities used to identify, validate, and reconcile IT assets.
• Data integrity practices experience ensuring data accuracy through authoritative data sourcing and validation.
• Client Personal Property Management policies expertise in Client policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.
• Client Personal Property processes and data strong understanding of Client lifecycle management, inventory workflows, and associated datasets.
• Client enterprise property tracking systems knowledge of system functionality, data structures, and policy frameworks governing property accountability.
• Dashboard and analytical tool development experience designing, developing, and deploying customized dashboards, performance metrics, and related analytical tools.
• Annual inventory operations experience with physical inventory execution, reporting, and compliance with federal and Client requirements.
• Business process improvement application of methodologies to streamline workflows and modernize property management operations.
• Client organizational complexity thorough understanding of Client’s multi-IC environment and enterprise-level coordination requirements.
• Client enterprise data interaction ability to work with Client system data and develop tools leveraging advanced technologies, including, but not limited to:
• Machine learning AI algorithms and hardware accelerators
• Natural language processing (speech/text recognition, analysis, and generation)
• SharePoint and related platforms knowledge of MS SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Visio, SPSS, and SaaS environments.
• PowerApps development expertise in using PowerApps to build tools, dashboards, workflows, and data-synthesis solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree, * At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Program management experience.
