Internal IT Support Engineer

We have an internal IT team to support colleagues with IT queries. This entry-level, on-site role offers hands-on experience in technical support and endpoint management. You will be required to work in two offices which will be Dartford and Gravesend., · Configure Windows 11 laptops and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.

· Manage Microsoft 365 users, licences and password resets.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.

· Maintain support tickets and asset records.

· An IT qualification, apprenticeship or relevant certification.

· Up to two years’ support or customer-service experience; first-time IT applicants are welcome.

· Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android and cloud services.

· A customer-focused, methodical and security-conscious approach.
