Job description

Integrate data from platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CX systems, and other enterprise sources.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, batch and near real-time data pipelines.
Ensure data quality, governance, traceability, and observability.
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, BI, and Engineering teams to support reporting, AI, and business insights initiatives.
Contribute to modern analytics and event-driven architectures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Proven experience in Data Engineering and cloud-based data platforms.

Strong expertise in SQL, analytical data modeling, and data transformation.
Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, REST APIs, and batch/near real-time processing.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, Data Lakes, and analytical environments.
Knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality controls, and monitoring practices.
Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
