Job description

Define and evolve scalable architectures for reporting, analytics, and omnichannel platforms.
Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
Lead integrations across Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
Drive technical governance, platform evolution, and architecture best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.

Strong background in SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven systems, and analytics ecosystems.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure, multi-tenant architectures, security, IAM, and RBAC.
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, Kafka, Data Lakes, and real-time analytics.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Professional English proficiency.
