Development Database Coordinator - $23-$26/hr - DC

• Process and reconcile fundraising gifts and donations while maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
• Perform high-volume data entry, reporting, and database maintenance to support fundraising operations
• Work with large Excel datasets to clean, verify, and analyze donor and gift information
• Ensure data integrity through ongoing quality control and attention to detail
• Support development operations projects and participate in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities

• Hands-on experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or Raiser’s Edge required
• Experience processing and reconciling charitable gifts and donations
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets
• Nonprofit development or fundraising operations experience preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
