  • Monitor fleet health and reliability metrics; drive proactive maintenance and recovery procedures to minimize downtime.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, escalating and documenting field issues.
  • Train customer operators and maintenance staff on daily operation, recovery, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support presales and pilot activities: site surveys, feasibility assessments, and requirements gathering.
  • Contribute to deployment playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base to improve repeatability and scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in robotics deployment, field service, industrial automation, or a hands-on technical support role.

  • Comfort with Linux, networking basics, and reading logs to diagnose issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts across hardware and software.

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in industrial/warehouse environments (expect regular travel, concentrated in the Midwest region)., * Experience with AMRs/AGVs in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics settings.
  • Familiarity with edge compute hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) and perception/vision pipelines.
  • Experience integrating robots with facility systems (elevators, doors, fire panels, WMS/MES).
  • Scripting ability (Python) for diagnostics and automation.
