Head of Enterprise Centre of Excellence

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Enterprise Centre of Excellence will build and lead the Enterprise Centre of Excellence, bringing together Global Process Owners, Master Data Management and Continuous Improvement teams to create a sustainable framework for process governance, standardisation and business performance., * Establishing and leading the Enterprise Centre of Excellence, defining governance, decision rights, operating models and ways of working that support a single global SAP-enabled organisation.

• Creating alignment across senior functional leaders, Global Process Owners and business stakeholders whilst balancing enterprise priorities against genuine operational and regulatory requirements.
• Driving process standardisation, data governance, continuous improvement and long-term capability development, reducing dependence on external partners and embedding sustainable business ownership.

The Candidate

We are looking for an influential and collaborative leader with a strong track record in SAP-enabled business transformation, process governance and enterprise operating model design.

• Experience building or leading a Centre of Excellence, global process organisation or comparable enterprise governance capability within a complex international environment.
• The credibility to lead experienced functional experts, challenge constructively and align diverse stakeholders around common standards and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise process ownership, master data, SAP governance and fit-to-standard principles, combined with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.

The successful individual will be comfortable influencing through trust and expertise rather than hierarchy. You will be capable of creating the conditions in which talented specialists can succeed together whilst maintaining pace, focus and accountability across a highly visible transformation programme.
