SAP Transformation Manager

Reporting to the SAP Programme Director, the SAP Transformation Manager will own the people side of a major SAP-enabled business transformation programme. This role will be responsible for ensuring colleagues across multiple countries and business units understand, embrace and adopt new ways of working, creating lasting organisational capability and sustainable business value., * Developing and delivering the programme-wide change, communications, engagement and business readiness strategy, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and SAP delivery milestones.

• Building sponsorship, stakeholder commitment and local advocacy through effective engagement, communications, training and change networks across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Measuring adoption, identifying barriers to change and ensuring the successful transition to standardised global processes without losing local credibility or stakeholder trust., This programme is far more than a system implementation. It is designed to create trusted information, stronger operational performance, faster integration of acquisitions and a more connected global organisation. The SAP Transformation Manager will play a critical role in ensuring these ambitions become reality by helping colleagues embrace change and realise long-term business benefits.

We are seeking an experienced and highly credible enterprise change leader with a track record of delivering adoption and business readiness within complex, international transformation programmes., * Significant experience leading organisational change and adoption within large-scale ERP or technology-enabled transformation programmes, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA.

• Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build commitment across diverse cultures, business units and levels of organisational maturity.
• A pragmatic, energetic and resilient leadership style, capable of maintaining momentum, managing change fatigue and translating strategic vision into practical action.

The successful individual will be a visible and inspiring change champion, able to create belief in the programme’s benefits whilst balancing global consistency with local realities. Experience within regulated sectors such as Food, Pharma, Life Sciences or Manufacturing would be advantageous.
