Web Product & Promotion Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented web administrator to join our dynamic trading team in Brighton. The Web Product & Promotions Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of a number of our e-commerce and brand sites. This role requires hands on expertise managing web and e-commerce platforms (Magento, Umbraco, Word Press, Shopify) and a deep understanding of online retail. The successful candidate will work closely with the trading, marketing and product teams to optimise sales performance and enhance the customer journey, supporting the rest of the team in delivery of the product and trading plan., * Keeping all sites up to date on a day-to-day basis

• Supporting the Trading Managers in the delivery of promotions in line with the trading plans
• Implementation of pricing changes and adherence to pricing guidelines
• Supporting the Brand Managers in the delivery of the campaigns and messaging aligned to the brand plans incl. banners and related content
• Implementation of new product listings including images, naming, merchandising and associated content
• Work with the product team to ensure the ranging and optimisation of the product portfolio including creation and management of product databases and PIMS
• Ongoing monitoring and review of product information to ensure consistency
• Support with the management, naming and librarying of content, imaging and media
• Support with the ongoing implementation of content and changes aligned with the SEO strategy
• Creation of discount codes, passwords resets and opening of the new accounts as well as any other day to days administration of the sites.
• Work alongside external agencies, internal and central resources to deliver objectives
• Support in the ongoing development and where applicable migration activities of websites.

• Tertiary qualification in digital, marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven 1+ years’ experience specifically in e-commerce admin, preferably in the retail or manufacturing sectors
• In depth knowledge of e-commerce and CMS platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in web analytics, SEO, and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
