Job description
Working across the business, you will become a key point of contact for core systems, with particular responsibility for the CRM. The role combines systems administration, data quality, reporting, analysis and user support, alongside growing exposure to automation and AI., * Taking day to day ownership of the CRM, including configuration, permissions, integrations and updates.
- Maintaining high standards of data quality, including cleansing, deduplication and completeness checks.
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards and management information.
- Supporting wider reporting, including loading and validating financial and non-financial data.
- Helping the business make effective use of AI tools and identifying new use cases.
- Identifying manual or repetitive processes that could be automated.
- Providing systems support, guidance and training to colleagues.
- Managing user accounts, licences, documentation and system updates.
- Liaising with external system providers.
- Supporting ad hoc data analysis, reporting and systems projects.
Requirements
The role would suit someone at the early stages of their career, ideally with some experience in a systems, data, reporting or operations environment. However, the business is also open to a recent graduate who can demonstrate a genuine interest in systems and data, excellent attention to detail and the aptitude to develop quickly., You are likely to be a graduate or early-career professional with a genuine interest in systems, data and technology. Some relevant commercial experience would be advantageous, but the business is also willing to consider a strong graduate with the right aptitude and attitude., * A degree, ideally in a numerical, analytical, technology or business-related discipline, although we are open to other degree backgrounds where you can demonstrate a strong aptitude for systems and data.
- Confidence using IT systems and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- A genuine interest in systems, data and how technologies work together.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural eye for data quality and accuracy.
- An analytical mindset and willingness to investigate when something doesn’t look right.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to get involved across the business.
- An interest in AI, automation and new ways of working.
Desirable Experience
You are not expected to have all of the following, but experience in any of these areas would be useful:
- Exposure to a CRM system, particularly administration, configuration or data management.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA or another scripting language.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query or similar tools.
- Experience with automation, APIs or system integrations.
- Experience within investment, financial services or another data driven professional environment.
