Requirements
- Senior Manager / Director-level operational leadership experience
- Experience managing large global teams, ideally 50+ across UK/US and offshore
- Strong Finance Systems / ERP experience
- SAP exposure advantageous - ECC, S/4HANA and/or GRC (expertise not essential)
- Finance qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting and controls
- Background within a major end-user organisation, consultancy or Big 4
