Lead data-driven products that help dairy farmers and advisors improve breeding, fertility, animal health, feed efficiency and herd performance. Combining customer insight, dairy science and unique data, you turn complex opportunities into focused choices and measurable value. As CRV expands from genetics into biotech and data-driven decision support, you set product direction, validate customer needs and translate priorities into trusted, scalable recommendations-not simply more features., * Own the product end to end. Set vision, goals, roadmap and success measures; drive execution across the lifecycle and remain accountable for customer and commercial outcomes.
- Discover and prioritise. Engage customers and partners, turning evidence, dairy expertise and data opportunities into scalable propositions and clear backlog choices.
- Lead and align. Work hands-on across multiple teams and disciplines, turning complexity into a clear product story that aligns technical, commercial and marketing stakeholders.
- Build for an ecosystem. Create reusable products and integrations that scale across customers, markets and partners.
- Manage outcomes and lifecycle. Track value, dependencies, resources, budget and risk, deciding when to improve, maintain, replace or retire a product.
Your position and impact
CRV combines dairy science, trusted customer relationships and rich genetic, farm-management and environmental data. You will turn these assets into advice farmers understand and use, with the potential to scale across Europe and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions & Innovations, you work flexibly across one or two product teams and lead through influence. You own discovery, backlog priorities and delivery within the agreed strategy; Product Managers own market strategy and portfolio positioning.
Requirements
- Experience with analytics, AI, digital platforms or decision support;
- knowledge of dairy, agriculture, genetics or another science-based sector;
- and Dutch or another European language., If you can turn complex customer problems and data opportunities into focused product choices, we would like to meet you. Dairy experience is welcome, but curiosity and product judgement matter just as much.
