Software Engineer

An established UK organisation are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join their growing internal development team, working on a range of exciting new projects alongside enhancing their existing portfolio of applications.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, delivering new features, resolving bugs and developing innovative solutions used by thousands of users across the business.

There is a real variety of projects on offer, including responsive web applications, microservices, mobile applications and cloud-based solutions. You will also have the opportunity to influence the technical direction of projects and contribute ideas around emerging technologies.

• 3+ years’ commercial Software Development experience
• Strong C# .Net experience
• SQL experience
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript libraries (React/Angular/Vue etc)
• Cloud experience (ideally Azure)
• Experience working within Agile environments
• Strong communication and team-working skills

Desirables

• Docker / Kubernetes
• Microservices
• Automated testing experience (Playwright)
• AI development/integration experience
• Experience mentoring junior developers

This is a hybrid role based in Leicester (3 days in, 2 days WFH), with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.
