Job description

mCloud Technology, LLC is seeking a Telecom Provisioning & Porting Specialist with a strong data networking and telecommunications inventory background., * Coordinate provisioning, number porting, service activations, cutovers, and disconnects for voice and data services.

  • Support telecommunications transitions from legacy GSA contracts to Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) and other replacement contracts.
  • Prepare and validate telecommunications service requests, order changes, and disconnect documentation.
  • Work with carriers, government customers, and technical teams to resolve order discrepancies and protect service continuity.
  • Reconcile circuit inventories, telephone numbers, service identifiers, billing records, and customer information.
  • Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, order tracking, and transition status reports.
  • Confirm replacement services are operational before coordinating authorized disconnects.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in telecom provisioning, carrier coordination, and number porting, including LOA/CSR validation, FOC tracking, and rejection resolution.
  • Experience with data services such as MPLS, Ethernet, IP VPN, internet connectivity, and private-line circuits.
  • Strong skills in inventory reconciliation, data validation, spreadsheets, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple service orders, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate complex cutovers.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and perform all work within CONUS.
  • Must possess active interim or final Tier 1 background-investigation eligibility by contract start and meet government access requirements.

Preferred: DISA/DITCO or GSA EIS transition experience; familiarity with DISA Storefront, TCOSS, TIBI, WWOLS, or comparable telecom ordering and inventory systems.
