We are a full-service outdoor marketing company looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our team. This position will work across a variety of outdoor-industry brands, helping build, maintain, and improve websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages, and digital experiences.
Our web team works closely with creative, marketing, video, and account teams, so this isn’t a role where you’ll spend all day buried in code. You’ll help take projects from an idea or design through development, launch, and ongoing support.
The majority of our web projects are built on Shopify and WordPress, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and update websites primarily using Shopify and WordPress
- Create and modify website pages, landing pages, product pages, and campaign experiences
- Assist with Shopify theme development and customization
- Work within WordPress themes, page builders, plugins, and custom fields
- Add and manage products, collections, categories, variants, imagery, and other e-commerce content
- Assist with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Implement designs and creative concepts provided by our internal team
- Troubleshoot website, theme, plugin, and e-commerce issues
- Test websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Help improve website performance, usability, and responsiveness

- Ability to take direction while also being comfortable researching and solving problems independently
