IT Support Specialist

• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email; troubleshoot issues and providetimely resolutions
• Software Support: Install, configure, and provide technical support for company software running on customercomputers
• Hardware Management: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer hardware including computers, printers,scanners, credit card readers, and other devices
• Network Management: Monitor, configure, and maintain customer firewalls and network equipment to ensuresecurity and uptime
• Ticket Management: Create and maintain detailed support tickets for each issue, documenting steps taken andresolutions
• On-Call Support: Rotate weekend email support responsibilities on Saturdays to ensure customer coverage. (time off given to offset this)

• Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer service mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent industry certifications
• Experience with network administration and firewall management

This is an in-office position requiring full-time presence at our office location. Remote work is available on an as-needed basis for situations where it’s operationally appropriate.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.78 per hour
